Group Sessions

Small group classes to enhance your strength, flexibility, and balance.


Through a series of controlled movements and stretches our group exercise sessions are aimed to improve your physical functioning. Group sessions are structured to provide movement challenges for the exercise beginner or seasoned athlete and are rooted in the principles of injury prevention. Our classes, being small in group size, offer a more personalised experience allowing proper technique correction.
