How do I book a Vitality Fitness & Health Assessment?Since we work with a qualified nurse for the Vitality Health Assessment, both assessments must be booked in advance to arrange a suitable time and date.

What can I expect in my first session?Your initial session will include: A consultation to discuss your medical history, lifestyle, and goals A movement assessment to identify imbalances, weaknesses, or areas needing improvement A personalised treatment or training plan based on your needs

What fitness & health assessments do you provide?We offer: Discovery Vitality Fitness Assessments (for Vitality points) Vitality Health Assessments (in partnership with a qualified nurse) Momentum Assessment (a functional movement evaluation for injury prevention & performance tracking)

Can I claim from my medical aid?Yes, after payment, we will provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your medical aid for possible reimbursement. Coverage depends on your medical aid provider and plan, so we recommend confirming this with them in advance.

How do payments work?All sessions are paid upfront at the time of your appointment.

Are Discovery Vitality Assessments covered by medical aid?Vitality Fitness Assessments are typically covered by Discovery for Vitality members. The Vitality Health Assessment may also be covered, depending on your Discovery plan.
